Services We Provide
- transparencies (only transparencies from our stock is allowed in copier)
- walk-in use of copy machines
- assistance with copy machine jams and failures
- high-speed duplication (please allow a 3-day turnaround)
- spiral binding
- training on use of copy machines
- stapling, folding, collating, hole punching
- recycling single side printed paper
Note: Any duplication must be allowable under current copyright laws.
Materials We Provide for Duplicating
- 8-1/2” x 11” white and colored paper
- 8-1/2” x 14” white and colored paper
- 11” x 17” white paper
- spiral binding
- clear plastic covers, and special covers
- duplicating and laser transparencies
Services We Do Not Provide
- private or personal work for free
- duplication of exams or student sensitive material
- materials for departmental or office supplies
- after hour access to duplicating room
Note: Paper and office supplies must go through Dean of Instruction Office. Help save paper and lower costs. Print double-sided copies when possible.Leave jobs over 50 copies or more for Duplication staff to do on high speed duplicator.
