for each of the leaders and governance structures listed, as appropriate for yourself. The "non-member" survey is for those who do not report to the structure or are not involved in the operations of the structure. The "member" survey is for those who do report to the structure or are involved in the operations of the structure. For example (for the purposes of these surveys), faculty and staff in the academic and academic support departments should take the "member" survey for the Office of the Vice Chancellor while only those in development, institutional research, marketing, and planning should take the "member" survey for the Office of the Chancellor, everyone else should take the "non-member" survey. |
