CRIMINAL JUSTICE- Take courses towards earning a degree in Criminal Justice. The Criminal Justic degree is designed to offer the undergraduate student an academic preparation for entry into a number of career positions in adminstration, criminal justice, criminology, law enforcement, probation and parole, and public safety. The major emphasizes the development of knowledge, abilities, and skills, such as critical thinking, and oral and written communication abilities which are developed in a liberal arts and science environment. The student is encouraged to examine the American justice system regarding its function, equality, efficiency, effectiveness, and interrelationship with other political systems from a social, ethical and political perspective. Windward Community College is currently offering the Pre-Major Requirments which students can take concurrently while completing courses at WCC.

INTERIOR DESIGN-The Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Interior Design is structured to prepare its students for careers as professionals in the field of Interior Design. Interior Design majors are offered a wide ranghe of courses to expose them to various components that are incorporated in the work of a design professional. The interior design curriculum emphasizes the visual arts, classic art and architecture, as well as problem solving, materials research, universal design, computer skills and professional ethics and business practice. Students also learn to assess and interpret building codes that applly to the Architecture and Interior Design professional as well as research products that will be used within the built environment. All Interior Design majors enrolled in the program are encouraged to find creative innovative solutions to assess dseign problems and make the built environment in which we live a safe, functional and more beatiful place to work and live.

Career Opportunities and other resources in Interior Design

Forensic Science-
Every fall WCC will offer the one unit introduction to Forensic Science course for students who are interested in this field of study. We are not offering all of the courses that will lead to the BS, but simply, as an elective in the CJ program or to transfer back to WCC.

FS 180 Introduction to Forensic Science (1 unit)
A seminar series presenting an overview of the Forensic Sciences:  Anthropology, Crime Scene Investigation, Criminalistics, Ethics, Jurisprudence, pathology, Toxicology, Questioned Documents, and related topics.

- Complete Online Application to apply as a student at Chaminade.
- Wait 24 hours and complete Online Regsitration
